Expedition Joe Coffee

A particular Saturday morning conversation with my Expedition Joe Co-Founder, Bryon Friel, had us deciding that we were tired of the status quo of the Aerospace Industry. We wanted something new in our lives. A new challenge. An adventure. Expedition Joe Coffee Company (EJCC), a veteran and native American owned and operated artisanal, third wave coffee company, was officially incorporated in October, 2018.Expedition Joe is part of the Third Wave Coffee movement. If you are unfamiliar with that term, a quick internet search will tell you “The third wave of coffee is a movement to produce high-quality coffee. It considers coffee an artisanal food, like wine, rather than a commodity. The term “Third Wave” was coined in 1999 by Timothy Castle referring to a focus on quality.
