Todd White Metal Works

A self-taught engineer, Todd White overcame hardship in a rags-to-riches journey. After the 2009 crash, he transitioned from car sales to an entry-level role at a Riverside, CA engineering firm. His dedication led to a lead engineer position at a startup, but after six months, he faced financial distress. Taking a risk, he moved his family to Surprise, AZ for better opportunities. In 2017, he supported his family with odd jobs and small income from his Tormach PCNC 1100 via Craigslist. After 18 months, a major contract transformed his business. Now in Glendale, AZ, he operates a 1200 sq. ft. manufacturing space with three Haas machines, known for excellent performance, timely delivery, and customer service. He’s also launched Haas Mill & Lathe training to support local businesses and youth, fostering competitive manufacturers.
